Our Story
The story of Doc’s Wings begins on an island divided by conflict.
Two sides had fought for so long that people had forgotten what they were fighting for. Towns were torn apart, families were displaced, and people began moving west in search of something better.
Among them was Doc.
Doc did what he knew how to do: he cooked.
One day, Doc started making wings for the families around him. The smell traveled farther than anyone expected — all the way to the opposing sides.
For a moment, the fighting stopped.
Both sides followed the smell.
And they found themselves at the same table.
They ate. They talked. They laughed. And something simple happened that years of fighting couldn't accomplish:
People who wouldn't stand together sat together.
That is the spirit behind Doc’s Wings.
Established in 2017, Doc’s Wings was built around a simple idea: great food can bring people together. Our wings feature sauces made from scratch and flavors created to deliver an experience all their own.
Good food. Good people. A place at the table.
And when the cooking is finished?
There’s always a hammock waiting.
